Everkept Home Cleaning is a small, locally run company. We handle the booking, scheduling and customer care, and we partner with experienced local cleaning pros who've passed our vetting and a paid trial clean.

Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything. If you'd prefer green products or your own, just tell us.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
That's the goal. Recurring clients get the same cleaner whenever possible, and a trusted backup if they're ever out.
How do you vet your cleaning pros?
Every cleaning partner has at least a year of professional house-cleaning experience and passes a paid trial clean before working for a client.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or door code. Entry details are kept private and shared only with your cleaner.
How do I pay?
We save a card when you book and charge it only after the clean. No cash or checks.
Why is the first clean more?
It resets everything that's built up over months: baseboards, fixtures, detail work. After that, recurring visits are faster, which is why they cost less.
Can I skip the deep clean?
If your home was professionally cleaned within the last month, yes. Otherwise a standard visit won't get it where you want it.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean those areas free within 48 hours. Still not happy? We'll refund that visit.
Do I need a contract?
No. Pause or cancel anytime with 24 hours' notice.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free with 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations, or if we can't get in, are charged 20% of the visit.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, for +$25. Let us know about any pets that should stay in another room.
Is there anything you don't do?
Mold, biohazards, hoarding situations, exterior windows, chandeliers, anything above a two-step ladder, lifting over 25 lbs, and grout or stain restoration.
